The LTC203P tyre combination full-hydraulic vibratory roller is designed for compaction operations on municipal roads, highway maintenance, trench subgrades, building construction, pipeline backfilling, sports courts and other pavement works.

This roller is equipped with a China Stage IV diesel engine, with a rated power of 28 kW and an operating mass of 3000 kg. It delivers stable power output with low environmental impact and facilitates straightforward maintenance.

The machine features full-hydraulic drive on front and rear wheels and hydraulic vibration on the front drum. It operates with an amplitude of 0.5 mm, excitation force of 30 kN and vibration frequency of 50 Hz. Its compaction performance supports consistent pavement flatness and stable travel during operation.

Scrapers and water sprinkling devices are fitted to both front and rear wheels. The water pump system enables intermittent water spraying to accommodate a wide range of construction conditions. The machine adopts full-hydraulic travel for front and rear wheels, full-hydraulic vibration and hydraulic steering. The steering angle reaches 26°, offering responsive steering and reliable operation.

With a compact overall dimension, the LTC203P is suitable for compaction works in confined spaces. Four smooth tyres are installed at the rear, integrating the functional characteristics of steel drum rollers and pneumatic-tyred rollers. This configuration helps achieve satisfactory compaction quality on asphalt pavements and improves gradeability.

An aviation-style seat is provided to reduce operator fatigue. The steering control is light in operation. The machine is built for durability and extended service life.
