The LT304 tire-driven single-drum vibratory roller delivers easy operation and stable performance for a wide range of pavement compaction applications.

With an operating mass of 4000 kg, the roller features a compact structure for simple transport and storage. It is suitable for road maintenance, building construction, sports venue paving and other compaction tasks, and works well in confined spaces where large compaction machinery cannot access, serving small-scale pavement projects.

Equipped with a continuously variable transmission system, the unit uses a single joystick to control travel, speed adjustment, braking and vibration activation/deactivation for simplified operation. The mechanical rear-wheel drive provides good gradeability and agile maneuverability, with reasonable capital outlay.

It is fitted with an engine rated at 36.8 kW, with a vibration frequency of 46 Hz and excitation force of 45 kN. The hydraulic vibration system ensures consistent compaction results, helps maintain pavement smoothness and reduces material shoving, supporting broad application coverage.

The large-opening engine cover facilitates routine inspection and maintenance. The grade hold brake enables stationary parking on slopes to enhance operational safety.
