Power Configuration

The LTC3.5F roller is equipped with a domestic well-known brand Stage IV diesel engine with a rated power of 28 kW. It provides sufficient power output while balancing fuel economy and environmental compliance, adapting to various working conditions and meeting general compaction requirements.

The machine adopts a high-strength large-module gear transmission system, which optimizes power transmission efficiency and improves the operation matching of the whole unit. It helps extend the service life of transmission components and ensures stable operation during long-duration continuous work.

Compaction Performance

The machine adopts a double-drum design with a drum width of 1090 mm, compatible with multiple pavement construction environments. The drums feature good roundness and structural strength to guarantee stable compaction operation. Fitted with a high excitation force system, the roller facilitates compaction of pavement materials, improves pavement density and flatness, and supports construction quality control.

A gravity sprinkler system is standard for dust suppression to meet environmentally friendly construction standards. An electric sprinkler system is available as an option, supporting switchover between intermittent and continuous sprinkling modes.

High-quality raw materials and mature manufacturing processes are adopted for the whole machine to secure stable operation. The water tank and sun canopy are made of rotational-molded engineering plastic, featuring neat appearance and good durability, along with certain vibration and noise reduction effects.

Adjustable scraper devices are installed on both front and rear drums to remove materials adhered to drums in a timely manner, keep the machine clean and support continuous operation.
